CALPADS Audits for Administrators: Fall 1 Watch Party
This statewide training series is designed to help program-area administrators audit critical CALPADS reports used for organizational funding and accountability purposes.
This series translates technical reporting requirements into clear, program-relevant concepts for cross-departmental data teams, breaking down the business rules behind each column, highlighting common red flags that signal potential issues, and providing practical guidance for verifying data at the source. Emphasizing real-world application, this series equips participants to connect CALPADS data to local systems and processes, enabling stronger cross-departmental collaboration, earlier issue identification, and greater confidence in state and federal reporting.
We encourage broad participation by administrative leadership and CALPADS data teams for each data collection. In Fall 1, this includes site-level administrators, student services administrators, records administrators, EL services administrators, nutrition administrators, special education administrators, and SELPAs, as well as CALPADS administrators and coordinators.
The Santa Clara COE Watch Party will be held on October 22 from 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM in the Education Resource Center (ERC). Doors open at 8:00 AM.
