A Culinary Experience For Students
Panther Catering started in 2016 with four students. We had four events that year which was the start of our growth for serving our community. Panther Catering has grown to serve over 40 events annually. The events we cater range from birthday treats, banquets, weddings, graduation parties, company meetings/events.
We are happy to provide food created by our students for your event.

Panther Cafe was constructed in 2024 as an addition to our Culinary Program at St. Croix Central.
Our cafe is run in house currently for our students and staff.
We serve lunches to our staff and provide snacks for students who stay after school.
We plan to open our cafe for the community to sell homemade bagels, doughnuts, scones, muffins, and cookies.
