CREW

Arlo (he/him) is part of marching band, jazz band, trombone choir, and plays in a band with his friends called Brass Rats. If he isn't playing the trombone he's most likely in the outdoors, his second home. 

Saige (she/her) is the assistant producer, she is a junior in her second year of WSCH. Outside of WSCH, she is passionate about photography, loves all kinds of music,  and hanging out with friends.

Ace (they/them) is the technical director of WSCH and has been in WSCH for 3 years. They love to fix tech issues on WSCH and hang out with friends in the morning. This is their senior year, and they are taking a lot of fun English electives, so they could possibly major in creative writing or criminology. They’re probably going to a Penn State branch campus, but they want to have fun while they’re still here. 

Nubah (she/her) is a junior at State High and is the Director of Talent for WSCH. She loves to write- especially lyrics-, play guitar, hike, or binge-watch the TV shows 'Friends' and 'Brooklyn 99'. Besides WSCH, Nubah is involved with Lion's Digest, Thespians, Acclivity,  Cultural Celebrations Committee, and Diversity and Activism Club. She hopes everyone enjoys what WSCH has planned for this year!

Sila (she/her) enjoys photography, both taking pictures of others and having pictures taken of her. She has played viola for 5 years now and she’s loved every moment of it. Outside of school, Sila enjoys reading, listening to music, and attempting to learn how to knit. She loves to meet new people and loves to make new friends wherever she goes.  

With colorful hair and a friendly smile, Avery (she/her) is always trying to find new ways to express her creativity. Making friends along the way is the best benefit.

Nicole (she/her) is the Editor in Chief of Yearbook and specializes in the technical side of WSCH. She enjoys hanging out with the WSCH crew each morning and learning aspects of broadcast. Nicole has been in journalism for 3 years and hopes to study international affairs and politics after high school. She loves to read and loves her cats.

George (he/him) doesn't have many hobbies, but he loves listening to music and eating food. He also knows a lot about Pokemon.

Sarah (she/her) enjoys writing, both in school and out of school. She takes forensics because she enjoys talking and arguing. So be careful about getting into a debate with her because she will win.

Noah (he/him) is a sophomore in his first year with WSCH. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports and reading all kinds of books. Noah also serves as the sports editor for the school newspaper. Along with journalism, he is also a part of the school's basketball and golf teams.

 Melinda (she/they) is a sophomore in her second year as a member of WSCH. They took interest in the announcement program as a result of their interest in journalism and public speaking. Outside of WSCH, Melinda is a member of TSA and Speech & Debate Club, and is also a Spark Intern at Discovery Space. In her free time, she enjoys gouache painting, digital sketching, reading, and jewelry-making.
