The SCAHS Renaissance Faire Club works to create our own Renaissance Faire every May, which we refer to as "day of". We operate through several sub-groups, or “guilds,” that focus on specific aspects of the faire, so there’s something for everyone!
The guilds include:
Arms: Involves scripting fights relating to plot and executing said fights on day of with certain medieval weapons such as swords.
Publicity: Makes posters for the faire and advertises the faire around SCAHS, Delta, and State College.
Merlin's Market: Makes and sells trinkets for the day of the faire and builds the set for the faire's plot.
Music and Merriment: Organizes entertainment and other performances on day of.
Pub and Tavern: Makes and serves food at the faire. Also hosts several vendors from outside the school to sell their own products.
Garb: Focuses on clothing and costume for the faire. Offers support while putting together and creating a character's costume.

Faire Date: May 17th at Welch Field
Our club attends the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire every year as part of preperation for our own faire. The date of 2025-2026 school year trip is October 9, 2025.
