Cardinals Item Collection and Return:

June 3rd, 4:00-6:00 pm.

The process will be a “drive thru” approach. You will not need to leave your vehicle. The items will have been collected out of each of the students’ lockers and will be placed in bags for pick up.

You will drive to the parking lot in front of the main office where you will be instructed to drive based on your child’s homeroom. Please be sure your child has communicated their homeroom teacher’s name prior to arrival.

We will also collect the following school owned items from you that may include:

*Instruments

*Original Copies of Ensemble Music

*Library Books

*Classroom Books

*Textbooks

*Chromebooks and chargers (if not keeping them over the summer)

Our school nurse, Mrs. Snyder, will be handing back medication based on individual communication.

If your child has indicated they DO NOT have items remaining in your locker and you DO NOT have school owned items to return to us, YOU WILL NOT NEED TO COME to PFMS.

Yearbooks will NOT be arriving prior to our pick up dates, so we will be in touch with a second date to come and pick up yearbooks if your child ordered one.

If you are unable to come and retrieve/return your child’s materials, please email us and we will make arrangements to assist you with this process. Please let us know if you have any questions.
