There are three ways to make a donation:

• Payroll Deduction -- Please download and fill out this form and forward it to any member of the committee.
• Cash -- you may forward a cash to any member of the committee.
• Check -- you may forward a check, made payable to "The Scarsdale Foundation", to any member of the committee.
