Information we collect

In order to improve our service, we collect some information associated with your Google account as well as user-contributed data. These include the following

• Club information, contributed by the community
• Google classroom data, all stored on device
• Google User profile data such as name and profile picture, all stored on device
• Google Email for authentication purposes, stored on Google databases.

How we use your data

How we use Club data

By contributing Club information, you permit us to use and share this club information with other users. This data will be shared with other users, but you can control the visibility of such data within the club settings.

How we use Google Classroom data

By signing to your google account, you permit us to use the classroom data as well as profile information for identification purposes. Google Classroom data is not shared with any third parties nor do we have access to this data. Classroom data is stored offline on your device as well as with your Google account.

How we use Google profile data

Your profile data is used as identification. Your email is stored on a third party database managed by Google. Your profile picture and name is stored on your device and is not shared with any third parties.

Data we share

We only share your Google email with a Google-managed third-party database for authentication purposes. Club data is also shared with a third-party database (also managed by Google).

Aggregated data

Some data, such as teacher profile information is aggregated from the School web page. If you wish to remove your information from our app please contact us.

Beta Testers

We may collect some information such as your homework, schedule or classes as an attempt to bug fix or test new features. This data will be deleted once you update to the release version or at the time of release. Some data may persist if it is part of a new feature and as in such, the privacy policy will be updated to account for those new features by release.
