Appointment Slots Page

Grades 3-5 will come to us, we will push into K-2 classrooms. 

When booking, Google requires certain fields to be filled in (new look and feel for the platform)

• Name and email will be auto-filled

• use the description field to add any notes that may be relevant

Once booked you will receive an email confirmation

You can "cancel appointment" using that email, or you can cancel the event from your Calendar

Please be considerate and book only 1 slot in a 6-day cycle to start the year. Feel free to book until December 18th, but only 1 slot per 6-day cycle.

(once we get all the intially lessons done and projects start rolling, around Oct 6th, you will be able to book additional project-specific slots the week of... or day of the needed sessin ... in addition to the 1-per-cycle booked through 12/18/26) 

I will add Jan-June slots in late December or early January.

Please do not book on behalf of other classes/colleagues. If we see a teacher's name more than 1x in a cycle we will delete the duplicates. For ICT classes, either teacher can book the slot, but still only book 1x per cycle and only book for your class.
