Do any of these activities in your Spelling Notebook. Take a picture of your work and upload it to SeeSaw.
Scramble: Have someone at home scramble the letters to your words and unscramble them.
Matching: Put the words on index cards and make a matching game.
Rainbow words: Write the words with a crayon. Trace over each word with another color. Next trace over each word one more time with another color.
Magazine hunt: Cut letters out of magazines to make the words or find the whole words and glue to a sheet of paper
Computer: Practice typing each of the spelling words on the computer.
Ladder writing: Write each word as shown below
Story writing: Write a silly or real story using as many of the spelling words as you can and illustrate.
Word Creator: Pick a spelling word and make as many smaller words as you can using the letters from that word only once (for example: rainbow = in, an, bow, rain, row, brain)
