To help you better understand the process to become a registered supplier, please review the following section of our website: Frequently Asked Questions.
Suppliers are strongly encouraged to relay their unique value proposition in a clear, succinct manner. After registering as a prospective supplier, you will be contacted if you are matched to an opportunity offered by a member company. Please note registering does not guarantee your company will receive a request to bid and/or a contract from a member company, nor does it imply that your company has any type of procurement relationship with selected company either now or in the future. Information provided by your company will be treated in a confidential manner and will be subject to reasonable and prudent safeguards against improper disclosure.
Once registered, it is the supplier's responsibility to keep certification and registration profiles and documentation current. Any supplier with outdated or expired certification may be removed from the database without prior notice.
You will need the following information to complete your registration.
Company name, Federal tax ID, contact information
Product/service description
Upload supplier documents including diversity certification and annual profit summaries
References or information from previous clients
