TAM (Technology Acceptance Model ) survey

Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is based on the theory of reasoned action, and it deals more specifically with the prediction of the acceptability of an information system. The purpose of this model is to predict the acceptability of a tool and to identify the modifications which must be brought to the system in order to make it acceptable to users. This model suggests that the acceptability of an information system is determined by two main factors: perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. (source)
In 2017, we extended Autolab's autograder to provide hints to students along with a grade. The hints were deployed in fall 2017 in the CS111 course at Rutgers University. In spring 2018, we designed a TAM survey, and asked the students in CS111 to complete it. A copy of the survey provided to the students is shown below:
