How do I join my conference? Click the Zoom link in your confirmation email at your scheduled time. Each teacher uses the same Zoom room all night.

Can I book with more than one teacher? Yes. Book each teacher separately, one at a time. The system won’t let you book two conferences at the same time.

I need to cancel or change my time. Use the “Cancel this conference” link in your confirmation email, then book a new time.

Why does a time show as Busy? It’s already booked, or the teacher isn’t available then.

I didn’t get my email. Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact shsconferences@scappoose.k12.or.us

What information do you collect? Only a parent or guardian name, an email address, and the student’s first name and last initial. It’s used only to schedule conferences and is deleted afterward.

I can’t find a time that works. Please contact the school office or your student’s teacher to arrange an alternative.
