Sullivan County Anti-Drug Coalition can provide a lock box for homes that might be at risk for experimentation or diversion of controlled substances. If you would like Medication Counting Sheets, business cards to direct patients to a lock box or postcards letting your patients know where they can dispose of their unwanted medications, please contact Adam Kuykendall (adam@scadcoalition.org / 423-956-6697) for more information.

Posters and postcards with Drop Box locations are available upon request. You may also request personal lock boxes available for patients whose homes may be at risk for accidental poisoning, experimentation or theft...minimal paperwork. (Or business cards directing them to the Coalition to pick up a box available upon request.)
