Gale Opposing Viewpoints - Presents the pros and cons of a variety of historical and contemporary topics.  

To begin, consider the topic you have proposed. What keywords, subtopics, or ideas might help your research?  Make a list to consider.  Research these keywords with Gale.

ABC-Clio: American History - This is a general high school database.  In addition to primary sources, it will provide a good overview of many topics of interest.

Proquest: The New York Times - Includes a wide variety of business and criminal law topics as covered by The New York Times. It is possible to narrow a search to include only the dates of interest.
