I love being a 6th grade teacher! I have over 20 years of experience, a Master’s in Education, and a deep love for what I do. I’ve taught everything from kindergarten to 7th grade, and I still get excited every year to meet a new group of learners. I’m especially passionate about reading, math, and weaving technology into meaningful, hands-on projects that spark curiosity and real-world thinking.

I live by the beach with my two amazing kids and husband, and I try to bring that same relaxed, joyful energy into my classroom. Whether we’re building something, digging into a great book, or learning a new tech tool, I’m all about helping students find their voice, share their gifts, and grow into confident, creative thinkers. Teaching is my passion—and I’m always learning right alongside my students.
