What to do:

• Read the choices on the board for each month.
• Choose at least 5 activities to complete each month. Check off the activities as you complete them.
• When you have completed 5 activities, choose one way to respond about your reading. Each month, you can respond by writing or using a digital tool. For digital responses, use the following login information:
  • July FlipGrid:
    • Visit www.flipgrid.com
    • If you need, enter the Flip Grid code: mjsummer19
    • Enter the password: SpotsReads (password is case sensitive)
    • Note: A Google account is needed to create a FlipGrid response
      • Grades K-2: Have your parents help you
      • Graders 3-5: Use your school Google account
  • August Photo: Have your parents help you upload your photo to the Google Form on the summer reading website or mail your photo to school at 630 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, NJ, 08852

Bring your choice boards and any written responses back to school to share with your new class by September 20th. If you complete any reading responses on paper, be sure to bring all of your completed reading activities to your new teacher, too.
