About Ms. Chiu

I am so excited to start my 4th year at Monmouth Junction! This year will be my 8th year teaching. I have taught in West Windsor and East Windsor, as well as in Pennsylvania. 

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy being active outdoors, shopping, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. I spent most of my childhood playing water sports (swimming and rowing). Although I am not the best baker, I love trying out new recipes. My favorite thing to make is zucchini bread. 

I can't wait to spend this next year with all of you!
