Resilience is the ability to recover from a stress or trauma. Adults and children are subjected to stress on a regular basis. Think about a student or adult who had a sudden change in their schedule or routine. Most of the time we all shrug it of and keep moving, this is resiliency, while others might suddenly shut down.
