The story of how rice comes to our table has always been my favorite. My mom use to tell the story while we are in the kitchen, preparing dinner or when we are on a roadtrip and seeing paddy field. So I was very excited to know we're supposed to make a flowchart of the process from paddy to rice for the assignment.
