About Me 

Hello! I am entering my first year teaching after 15 years of coaching college football. I have experience with running weights programs at the college level, and I am looking forward to working with ALL Bearcat Athletes in the weight room. My goal is to improve athletic ability and optimize performance on the field, court, etc. Another BIG goal of mine is to make sure that the athlete comes first and that they are prepared to compete in practice and games/matches. I will also be coaching football and wrestling this year. 

I have my BA in History from the University of Montana Western and my MS in Kinesiology from Southern Arkansas University.

Planning Periods: Planning/ Weight Room Observation times1st Period through 3rd Period - 7:50 a.m. - 10:20 a.m.

Before :  7:20 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.

After : 3:20 p.m. - 4:00 - please contact me for availability due to coaching obligations.
