Algebra 1 Intervention

Class Description

In this class, students will continue to strengthen their mathematical foundation and build on their algebra skills. This class is designed to introduce and reinforce the topics students are learning in Algebra I and review number sense and the computation of integers and rational numbers through the online program Delta Math. This online instructional tool assesses student knowledge at the beginning of the semester by administering a pre-assessment. An online profile is then created for each student, and a set of lessons and practice problems are given to students based on students’ needs. Students will be expected to bring their charged Chromebooks every day in order to complete their Delta Math lessons. Students will be graded based on their progress and accuracy.
