Hello!

My name is Tish Kosman. I grew up on the beautiful Gold Coast in Australia and now proudly call Scottsbluff home. This is my 17th year living in Scottsbluff, my 16th year with Scottsbluff Public Schools, and my 7th year serving as a school counselor.

My entire career with Scottsbluff Public Schools has been at Bluffs Middle School. I began as a substitute teacher before becoming a 7th Grade Social Studies teacher—a position I loved for six years. Those experiences led me to school counseling, where I have found my true passion.

As your school counselor, my goal is to help every student feel supported, valued, and successful. I strive to provide encouragement, guidance, a listening ear, and a safe place where students know they are cared for. Whether students need help navigating academics, friendships, personal challenges, or planning for the future, I'm here to support them every step of the way.

Middle school is an exciting time filled with growth, new experiences, and opportunities to learn. It is a privilege to walk alongside our students during these important years, and I truly believe I have the best job in the school.
