Algebra 1

In this course, students access the Algebra 1 standards through the curriculum Reveal. This curriculum uses application based problems to teach math concepts and requires that students problem solve and think analytically. Even though your child is in 8th grade, they are still taking a high school level math class and must pass Algebra 1 this year in order to move on to Geometry next school year as a freshman. If your child is starting to struggle, it is important they reach out to me early in the quarter and attend math tutoring.
