Work-based Learning

Class Description

Internship - Students will shadow a local business that aligns closely with the student's desired career field as well as complete other job-related training. Some limitations will apply due to availability. Students requesting an internship must have shown academic commitment and excellent attendance in order to be considered for placement. 

Work Study - Students will work a part-time job after school, on the weekends, or during a designated work study period. The course will be graded on number of hours worked, timely submission of time sheets and other documents, and assigned career coursework.
