I am Joe Benson, a Physical Education teacher at SHS grades 9-12.  I have taught in the district since 1989. I've taught at SHS for the last 19 years. Previous to my high school position, I taught for many years at Westmoor and Roosevelt elementary schools. Courses offered that I teach are Recreational Sports, and Weightlifting. I graduated from the University of Wyoming and am an avid Pokes fan. Along with teaching Physical Education, I am a varsity football and High School track coach for the Bearcats.
