Scottsbluff Public Schools - Every Child, Every Day
Hi! My name is Elizabeth Pierce, and I’m so excited to be joining Scottsbluff Schools as a Special Education teacher—go Bearcats! This will be my first year with the district and my fourth year in education overall. I previously taught social studies in Alabama and recently made the transition into Special Education, a field I’m passionate about.
I earned both my Bachelor's in Secondary Social Studies Education (2022) and my Master’s in Special Education (2025) from the University of North Alabama. I love helping students grow in confidence and independence, and I’m looking forward to building strong connections with my students and their families this year.
Outside of school, I recently got engaged, and my fiancé and I share our home with our energetic dog, Arlo. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, discovering new places, and trying new foods. A fun fact about me: I’m a huge college football fan and proudly cheer for the Alabama Crimson Tide—Roll Tide!
I’m thrilled to be a part of the Bearcat family and can’t wait for a fantastic year ahead!
