Hello, Everyone! I am a 6th-grade Social Studies Teacher for the Bearcat Team. This is my fifteenth year of teaching, and I truly believe I have the BEST job in the world! I was born and raised in Scottsbluff and graduated from SHS in 2006- Go Bearcats! In 2010, I graduated from Chadron State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Middle School Education, with an emphasis in Social Sciences and Family and Consumer Sciences. In 2015, I received my Master's in Educational Administration.

My husband, Kole, and I have been married for eleven years. We have a golden retriever and a bunny! Traveling has become a huge pastime for both of us. Fortunately, I have had the opportunity to travel all over the United States, as well as abroad in Europe, South America, Australia, Africa, and Asia. My purpose with traveling is to integrate the resources I have gathered and what I have learned into my classroom, which makes it fun as a social studies teacher- Who said the classroom has to have four walls?!
