I am a Scottsbluff graduate (class of '86). I attended WNCC then received my bachelor's degree in secondary English education with a middle school endorsement from the University of Wyoming in 1993.  I have taken graduate classes from both UW and Chadron State College.  I completed my Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a triple literacy focus (EL, Reading Specialist, and Instructional Coach) in May of 2016 from the University of Texas, Arlington.   My professional certificate includes 7-12 English and PreK-12 Reading Specialist.  This is my 30th year at Bluffs Middle School. I enjoy the middle school because it gives me the opportunity to work with students during a time of great change and development.
