Dr. Rishikesh Kumar

Dr. Rishikesh Kumar is working with PCET’s S. B. Patil Institute of Management, Pune as an Assistant Professor. He has completed a Master’s in Marketing Management (MMM) from University of Pune and has 15 years of experience in Teaching and Industry. He has been awarded with Ph.D. in Marketing Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) Pune. Dr. Rishikesh is a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. He is an Author, Corporate Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Career Counselor and Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship Development Cell at SBPIM. He has received the Best All-rounder Faculty Award consecutively for 3 years i.e  2011, 2013 & 2014 at Alard Institute of Management Sciences (AIMS), Pune. He has authored a book on "Marketing 4.0" for MBA (Marketing) Semester- IV in 2022 Under Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) & "Services Marketing" for MBA Marketing Students of SPPU, Pune, Maharashtra,INDIA. 

He has conducted many workshops for the corporates & students on various topics such as Importance of Networking, Team Building, Marketing Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning, How To Brand Yourself, Positioning Yourself For The Corporate World, Future, Scope and Realities of Business Management Education, Effective B2B Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Marketing Strategy & Branding , How to Stay Afloat While Your Ship Is Sinking , Importance of Soft Skills & etc.

He is a Member of the Advisory Cell, Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (MCED), Pune, Maharashtra, INDIA and Mentor at North East Agriculture Technology Entrepreneurs Hub (an AIC-AAU Incubator), Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat, Assam, India.
