Based on the survey the number of the people is more likely the female with the percentage74.3% and the rest it the female. From this survey we can know that female is the one who love and have interest to the Smoolato more, so that we have strategy to do the marketing on female more intensive.
The age survey show that the people who have more interest in Smoolato are the one the range of age 17-25 years old, it means that the people love Smoolato is the teenager and young-adult and the most least is people in age more than 50. Based on that we will take the decision to make the Smoolato more likely suitable to the teenager and young-adult desire for example the packing, so that they would be more adore with Smoolato.
From this question we could see that people often consume sweet in the interval 4-5 times in a week it refers that in one week they must have a sweet thing to be eaten, so that we highly optimistic to the our product is able to attract many consumers in the market.
From this part we can know most people really concern to their health, especially in consuming the desert, as the result it must for us to not only deliver the value of tech based and the interactive shape, but also we need to also be give more attention to the heath issues with the aim of being able to reach a wider market.
Behavior of eating Smootie Gelato
The answer from this question show that more than a half percentage of people knows and ever eat about Smoothie and Gelato, it means that the existence of that product is well known in society, therefore it could be a great opportunity to develop this product , because it has earned the trust of the community.
From the question beside we know that there are more than 50% of respondents state that they know about this kind of product, so we are really optimistic that our product can be compete with other product and able to gain large size of market.
This semi-open question can show us that there are some of other brand of the similar for example sour sally, Omah Gelato, Mondo Gelato and so on. From this we can know that there are many competitor outside there that also deliver the same product, so that it important for us to deliver and the difference and value added to our product such us the use of technology, interactive shape, and healthy concern in order to be the top of mind product.
This question totally related to the survey of the ages, because as we know that people in age teenager until adult prefer instagram and YouTube as their social media, therefor we can just focus on that social media in term of marketing, because it can minimize the cost of promotion and also it can be more efficient.
Based on the responses toward survey, most of the respondents prefer street food to other by miles. Surely they love street foods for convenience of taste and great vibes overall within cheap price which we concern about.
Regarding to the respondents answer in this question we can find that the most of people like Gelato, from this we believe that our product can survive into the real market because there will be a lot of devotee.
Flavorwise, most of them love something that has depth aftertaste, such as chocolate and oreo. Since one of our objectives are to maintain healthy gelato, we will mainly use fruits as what they love and add choco-menu to add the twist of our gelato indeed.
Customers may be quite picky in terms of what they desire about, especially for topping. The result indicates that they have more than one option to pick. So, we may serve as well what they desire based on overall surveys.
From this question we found that the most desire packings are waffle with 50% and Cup 29.7%, form that data we decide to just focused on both packing in order to minimize the cost.

This question we can conclude that people would like to buy our product in relative cheep price, however regarding to the ingredient are from natural fruit and it save for the health, so we take the decision to just sell it in quite expensive price due the value add given.
Simple Interview
Several days ago we have conducted the survey trough interview based on the survey by interviewing three people trough WA We found that people like gelato in various of topping. They said that if the gelato have more than one topping it would add their desire to consume gelato, they also said that it is better to have three-five topping on one gelato, because they said it can avoid people feel boring with the taste. Not only that they also said that they like the topping such as fruit and nut, however fruit is the most topping that they like, because they said by adding fruit topping the taste of gelato much more delicious especially the sour fruit, because they said the gelato is already the sweet one, as the result it is need sour fruit such as mango, strawberry, blueberry, dragon fruit, and others to neutralize. Moreover other respondents also said the same thing that they like sour fruit, but still have to adjust to the type of gelato itself, if the gelato is heavy sweet (brown sugar, chocolate) it is suitable to add sour fruits, but if the gelato is light sweet (milk full cream) it is suitable to add Chocolate chip or cookies and last but not least the people also like the jelly topping and again with the sour taste.
From all the interview result above, we can conclude that there are some topping there will be in gelato:
- The first we will focus on the sour fruit such as mango, strawberry, blueberry, and dragon fruit as the main topping;
- Chocolate chip, cookies like oreo, nuts, and jelly as the additional.
