I started my education in engineering and have a BS and MS in material science and engineering, one from Michigan Tech and the other from Case Western. After finishing college, I then decided to be a teacher and went back to school at Eastern Michigan University. I love school both as a student and a teacher. Learning is powerful!

I love teaching because I love to help students connect or expand their math brain and believe in themselves. I am very student oriented, so if any of my students have questions about anything, I am very approachable, loving, and helpful.

Here at Saint Bonaventure, I am one of the many math teachers. I am new to this school community and have been here for 2 years. Every day before school, during lunch, and for a short time after school, my room is open to all of the students to come in and hang out.

Outside of the school community, I love spending time with my husband Kevin and daughter Megan, especially while traveling. Some of my other hobbies include reading, sports, and crafting.
