At San Benito High School, our mission is to provide the highest educational service possible to our students. Hungry children have a difficult time doing their best work; that is why we encourage all students to energize their school day with a nutritious breakfast and lunch.
The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) is available to all students for morning, brunch and lunch breaks during the school day.
In addition to receiving meals, eligibility for NSLP provides your family with many other services. Some examples include:
Free school bus passes
Student categorized as either “Reduced” or “Free” will receive free breakfast and lunch
Discounted AP test costs
SAT fee waiver
Participation in the program positively affects the support SBHS receives to provide essential services for our students. The District’s funding for textbooks, teacher training, Career Technology Education, and the means to continue providing the best in technology/classroom integration are just a few examples of services affected by our students’ participation in the NSLP.

While we recommend filling out these applications electronically, if that is not an option for you please deliver completed paper copies to the Administration Building between 9AM and 3PM, Monday through Friday.
