Physical Education Course 1
50% of students' daily grades will be based on their heart rate monitors data. This heart rate technology will measure students heart rates and collect the following data: Minutes in the Resting, Moderate, and Vigorous zones for physical activity. Students' expectation is to engage in 20 minutes of Moderate-Vigorous Physical Activity 4 times per week.

Course Description:
In P.E. Course 1, students grade 9 will demonstrate knowledge of and competency in motor skills, movement patterns, and strategies in individual and dual sports.
