Process:
STEP 1: Confirm you live within PHS boundaries

STEP 2: Gather and scan all documents. You will need the following items:
- Proof of birth
- Immunization Record
- Proof of address (current/recent rental/lease agreement, utility bill)
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Court Orders (if applicable)
STEP 3: Create an Aeries account to begin the enrollment

Once your student is enrolled, you will be contacted by a member of the enrollment team and by the student’s counselor. We will also provide you with information that will help your child succeed during distance learning.
If you have withdrawal grades and/or unofficial transcripts from the previous school, please send them to our registrar at the following email address: rosario.munguiavaldez@sbcusd.k12.ca.us
