1. Read and sign the District Volunteer Application Forms

2. Provide a valid state-issued Driver’s License/ID Card and or Consular Identification Card (CID) issued by the country of origin

3. Provide TB clearance

   1. You may get a TB clearance from your private physician or call the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health at (800) 722-4777.

      1. There is a $20 cost, payable to the County of San Bernardino

Submit the completed application to the school to process and send to District Police.

Using the PSAT/SAT Score Correlation Chart, students can see exactly where they are, what colleges they might currently get into, and the amount of work outside of class they would need to put in to reach their college and career goals*.
