Theater III named Directing and Management is a look into what theater companies and producers rely on to create productions. The job of a Director is multifaceted and requires understanding of designers, techs, actors, funding, payroll, budgeting, legal and knowledge about the space they are working within. Management skills include knowing how to treat employees, deadlines, distribution of work assignments and adjusting to whatever situation you may find yourself in. This is capstone 2 for the program.
