20 Things to Do at Home for Emotional/Social Health
1.- Practice taking 5 belly or roller coaster breaths every hour. Keep a chart!
2.-Name as many emotions and feelings you can think of.
3.-Make a simple food treat for someone in your family to show them your appreciation.
4.-Write a letter to encourage someone or tell them what you appreciate about them. People love getting letters!
5.-Ask your family how you can help at home by doing chores.
6.-Make a poster about kindness and post it your room.
