Earl has the passion for being around others who are just as devoted as he is to better our communities. The diversity, love and the empowerment of being able to see and feel changes being made is his commitment to never giving up on someone.
That commitment led him to the Pastorship of Mt. Calvary MBC where he has served for sixteen years.
Over the years of 1971 to 2012 Earl was an educator and guidance counselor. Leading up to his retirement in South Bend Community Schools, Earl became Guidance Director for Clay High School where he also coached Boys Track for 20 years.
Since his retirement, Earl has worked at Riley and Clay High Schools, in the Guidance Office. Earl is now in his second year at his alma mater, Washington High School serving as their Social Worker.
In addition to being very active in the community and serving on several boards, Earl has four children and thirteen grand's, which he immensely enjoys.
Earl is a graduate of Ball State University and Indiana University with a B.S., M.S. LCSW.
