The institute offers diverse undergraduate, post-graduate and doctoral programs, All UG programs comprise of enterprising platforms including interdisciplinary electives, choice-based credit system and a semester sandwich program option, in collaboration with renowned engineering institutions overseas. SSE is a NAAC A++ and NIRF 64 ranking institute, offering idiosyncratic IET enabled choice-based credit courses, with a strong insistence on practical training.

The Department of Augmented and Virtual Reality is a unique department under the Computer science and engineering programme of SSE. The department boasts a team of dedicated and specialized faculty members in various fields of Computer Science and Engineering, each with extensive experience in academics, industry, and research. Our faculty's rich expertise allows us to offer a comprehensive and up-to-date curriculum to our students. Augmented and virtual reality represent groundbreaking technologies that are reshaping our perception and interaction with digital information. Imparting this knowledge to students equips them with the necessary foundation to engage with VR and AR technologies confidently. As the next generation of innovators, they will be well-prepared to tackle the challenges and seize the opportunities presented by VR and AR along with AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning etc, driving forward the evolution of these game-changing technologies. By encouraging exploration and research in this area, we foster a community of skilled professionals who can shape the future and revolutionize various industries and fields.
