Dr. P. Anandan, M.E., PhD

PROFESSOR & HOD

P. Anandan currently working as a professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at SIMATS School of Engineering, SIMATS, Chennai.He received his Ph.D. in the field of VLSI and Nanoelectronics from Anna University in 2015. His area of interest is VLSI, Nano Electronics and Image processing. He has more than 19 years of experience in the academic and research field. He has about 40 peer-reviewed indexed and about 50 international conference proceedings. He has guided six Ph.D. scholars of Anna University, Chennai. He had chaired sessions in several national and international conferences and delivered numerous invited talks in faculty development programmes, seminars and guest lectures. He has the professional membership in Senior Member IEEE and ISTE.

Dr. Bhaskarrao Yakkala, M.Tech, PhD

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR 

Mr.Bhaskarrao Yakkala completed the Bachelor of Engineering in Anna University, Chennai in 2008 and completed Masters in Nanotechnology from VIT University, Vellore in 2010. He is currently working as an Associate professor at Saveetha School Of Engineering, Chennai. He is a passionate teacher and has over 9 years of teaching experience and 2 years as a research analyst. He has over 30 Publications in various Scopus – indexed journals and in a web of science. He actively participated in many international and national conferences, workshops, and webinars.

Dr. S.  Narendran, M. Tech, PhD

ASSISTANT PROFOSSOR (S.G) 

Dr. S. Narendran received his B. E degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the Sakthi Mariamman Engineering College, Anna University, Chennai, India in 2011, M. Tech degree in VLSI Design from SRM University, India, Chennai in 2013, and a Ph.D. degree in Superconducting digital circuits from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, India in 2021. From 2014 – 2015, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Francis Xavier Engineering College, Tamil Nadu, India. Since 2021, he is working as an assistant professor in Saveetha School of Engineering, SIMATS, Chennai, India. His current research interests include Superconducting logic design/ circuits, Josephson Junction, VLSI Signal Processing Structures, and Low power VLSI circuits.

Dr. N. Anbuselvan,            M.Tech, PhD

ASSISTANT PROFOSSOR (S.G) 

Dr. N. Anbuselvan received the B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from university of Madras in year 2000, received the master of technology in Sensor System Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology in the year 2004 and Ph.D. degree in field of Nanoelectronics HEMT device from Anna University in the year 2019. He has teaching experience of about 18 years in both undergraduate and postgraduate level program. He has attended 10 international conferences and more than 40 National and International level events (Workshops, Industrial Training Programs, Seminars & FDPs) in various colleges and universities. His area of interest is the field of Nano Electronics, MOS Device Physics, RF/Analog Performance investigation of novel MOS device structures, and Power Electronics devices. Have international journal publication around 25 in impact journal, Scopus & WoS index journal and guided many enormous student projects in the field of Nano device, VLSI design, Image Processing, Wavelet Analysis and Artificial Intelligence.

Dr.V.Janakiraman received the B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from University of Madras, M.Tech. Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Pondicherry University, Pondicherry and PhD from Anna University. He is currently working as a professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at SIMATS School of Engineering, SIMATS, Chennai. He has accumulated more than two decades of experience in the field of teaching and research. His research area includes VLSI , Signal processing techniques for wireless communication systems. He has chaired sessions in several national and international conferences and delivered special talks in faculty development programmes and seminars. He holds professional memberships in IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and ISTE (Indian Society for Technical Education).
