Location
Option 1 - arrange for a course at your place of business or residence. Instructors will travel with all necessary equipment. You provide the space, we do the rest.
Option 2 - attend one of our scheduled courses throughout the Merrimack Valley.
Instruction
Professional and comprehensive instruction is conducted in accordance with the most current international guidelines. The trainings flow through topics in a logical fashion, with presentation of information through videos and discussion. Courses emphasize skills practice as well as content knowledge.
Instructors
Instructors are trained, certified, knowledgeable, and experienced. In addition, they are periodically monitored and given feedback on their course delivery.
To the extent possible, instructors will consider and discuss relevant scenarios based on participant needs and backgrounds.
