A school chromebook will have one or both of these two stickers on it. If you do not have a school chromebook,

Good internet will be quick and won't disconnect you while you are in class/at school. If you do not have reliable internet at school,
make sure to talk to the library staff
You should be able to charge and unplug your Chromebook and have it stay on for 5 hours at least. If your school chromebook can't charge properly,
make sure to talk to the library staff
Update your Chromebook the week before your test. This video will show you how to do it.
Make sure you clear your cache. This video will show you how to do it.
Make sure you remove any extensions you are not using or that could cause issues with the test. This video will show you how to do it.
Make sure you can move and click with the trackpad on the computer. We suggest trying by playing a web game, or clicking through a website, like ours. If your trackpad isn't working,
make sure to talk to the library staff
Make sure all of the keys on your keyboard work. Try typing the sentence above on a blank word document. If your keys aren't working,
make sure to talk to the library staff
Some tests will require headphones. You can not use wireless headphones. You must use wired headphones.

Check to make sure that you have the Apps tab on the log in screen of the chromebook, like pictured above. If you do not have the apps tab,
make sure to talk to the library staff
Make sure that you only have your account on the log in screen of the chromebook. You can remove other accounts by clicking the arrow next to the name and choosing remove account
You will need to turn off Bluetooth for the test. This video will show you how to do it.
