If you are planning to work part-time, you will need to complete a Work Permit Application. Please see your counselor to request a Work Permit Application, as you will need to fill out your personal information, and have your parent/guardian and your employer sign the application form. Once it has been completed, you will return the application to your counselor, who will input this information into your official work permit for our employer.
If you plan to work during the summer and are unable to get a permit from your counselor, you can visit www.sausd.us/CTE to submit your work permit application.
