Seniors - Order your Transripts
Seniors,
Ordering High School Transcripts:
If you need to order your official transcripts for your 4-year universities/colleges, please see the attached Parchment Flyer, which includes a link on how to order your official transcripts. Your high school grades should be posted on your transcript approximately June 13th. (Please check your college/university deadlines and do not hesitate to call them if there are delays or issues with your transcripts. ACCEPTANCES can be revoked when you fail to meet a deadline.) This gives you a couple weeks to make sure you have access to your account. If you forgot your username and/or password, please make sure you retrieve it. DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER PARCHMENT ACCOUNT - IT WILL BLOCK YOU. Worst case scenario, there is information on the flyer regarding Parchment's Customer Service.
Ordering Santa Ana College Transcripts:
Aside from sending your official high school transcripts, 4-year colleges/universities will ask you to send your official college transcripts to award you college credit. If you took a Dual Enrollment SAC course, make sure you access your webadvisor under SELF-SERVICE. Before you order official transcripts, make sure your last college grades are posted. ( I heard they could be posted in two weeks, but check your unofficial transcripts before you order your official transcripts.)
SAUSD LEARNS ACCOUNT:
Your SAUSD LEARNS ACCOUNT will be shut down in about 60 days. This means that if you have precious information, DO NOT WAIT and get all your important documents downloaded and transferred onto your personal account or device.
Summer Work Permits
If you recently got hired for a summer job, please visit your counselor to pick up a Work Permit Application - once it has been signed by you, your parent, and employer, we can process the work permit for you.
However, if you get hired during the summer, you can visit the SAUSD CTE website (www.sausd.us/CTE) to request for a work permit (this step is after you have been hired).
