Starting September 2026, Santa Ana Unified School District is introducing new procedures for visitors to our schools.
This will include volunteers, chaperones for field trips and all adult non-employees of SAUSD. Please use the link below to access application.
Reminders:
Once you complete the online application process, it will be good for the entire 2026-2027 school year.
Visitors would still need to bring a valid form of identification to check in to the Office when they visit.

Please share this important resource with families who have children ages 6–18!
OCTA’s Youth Ride Free program allows eligible youth to ride OC Bus for free using a Wave Card.
To keep the free rides active after September 30, 2026, a parent or guardian must complete registration.
Please encourage families to apply today at OCBus.com/Apply and share the attached flyer with your school community.
