After school help will be posted in room 606 along with any cancellations or reschedules due to conflict.

Please encourage your students to ask me to stay after on alternative days if needed and I will do my best to be available.

Targeted Learning Lab

TLL is a section of our multi-tier support system (MTSS) aimed at giving struggling students tools to succeed. We provide specialized supplementary small group instruction. This instruction is provided in addition to the general education or special education classroom instruction that the student receives. It is not provided in place of the student’s regular instruction or a study-hall.

Please note:

Electronics...RULES/EXPECTATIONS

phones/earbuds and smart watches away in instructional spaces
cannot interfere with your academics
stored during class
off/Silent during class
do not leave classroom until the end of the period
will not be accessed while walking through halls (keep traffic moving)
will be used responsibly
will not negatively affect others

Consequences for misuse

1st offense: device in office for 1 day
2nd offense: device suspension 3 days
3rd offense: device suspension 2 weeks

Expectations for TLL

Be on time

Bring planner, Chromebook and pens/pencils daily

Be kind and respectful to people (classmates, teachers) and of property.

This is a safe place for us to work.. no bullying, put-downs, etc.

Ask questions

As a teacher who is preparing students to move from the Jr. HIgh to the Sr. High, I think it is important for them to recognize what they need and how to advocate for themselves to be successful!! I share with them my favorite quotes for encouragement.
