American Sign Language (ASL)

This course is designed to introduce students to the basics of American Sign Language. The course covers the basic vocabulary signs to build communication skills as well as the grammar rules and fingerspelling. One of the main goals is to be able to communicate with a native speaker and to be able to understand the different aspects of this language and deaf culture in the United States.
