Art Presentations
We have a variety of opportunities for students to display their artworks
throughout the school year. Below are a few of our annual shows
and displays we participate in-- but new opportunities arise every year!

Congressional Art Show
Youth Art Month is a celebration of the arts in our schools during the month of March every year. The district art teachers organize a show (in years past at the Steeplegate mall and Kimball Jenkins Estate) filling an entire store space with incredible artwork from K-12 students.
Scholastic Art and Writing Awards is a scholarship and recognition program for artists and writers. Students enter artwork submissions or portfolios, and if accepted, show work in January of each year. A handful of selected art is recognized at the national level.
We have a variety of display areas in the high school. The next time you're in the building, check out the displays adjacent to the main office. The art wing and halls leading to the art wing showcase current student work during the year.
The Congressional Art Competition is a nation wide opportunity for student recognition in the arts. The winning artwork from New Hampshire School districts will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year, as part of a gallery representing each state.
