Music Production and Design

Music Production and Design allows students the opportunity to investigate varied performance, composing, and producing methods in contemporary music. Students will have the opportunity to learn beginning piano performance, composition of chord progressions, basslines, and melodies, arranging, recording with MIDI instruments, and producing using Soundtrap as well as other digital interfaces. Music of all styles including rock, film music, classical music, and other contemporary forms of music will be discussed.
