All Families must complete all forms in FinalForms prior to the season starting. Also, all student-athletes must have a current physical on file in the Nurse's office. Physicals are good for 13 months, so please check the date. 

No Student will be allowed to participate in any practices or games without completed FinalForms paperwork and a physical on file.
